Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return, your items must be unworn, including all of the original packaging materials, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns will be subject to a $10 handling fee. 

If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact customercare@refineri.com and we’ll be happy to serve you.

Absolutely. Our exchanges are processed like a return. We are currently only accepting variant exchanges (different size or color). To qualify for an exchange, your items must be unworn, including all of your original packaging materials, and exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. To exchange an item, login by clicking here. Through our exchange portal, you will be able to pick out a variant product. Once your we have received your return, we will then fulfill and ship out your new product. 

Right now we’re not able to support repairs and recommend heading to your local jeweler. This is something we would love to offer in the future and are looking into how we can make it happen.

Orders are processed daily and will ship out within 1-3 business days from the order date with your selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $200. Standard & Expedited shipping are available for purchase and is calculated at checkout. 

You can track your packages by logging into your account here or checking your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number.

We offer the option to purchase Route Package Protection on orders. You’ll see the option to add this on at checkout. For orders under $125, the fee is $1.55. For orders over $125, the fee is 2.5% of your order subtotal.

If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please visit this page to file a claim.

If you choose not to add Route Package Protection, you accept that Refineri is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and are working on expanding our shipping network to include international countries.

Refineri jewelry is fine and delicate so always remember to handle them with care and love. 

To preserve the quality and shine of your jewelry, we recommend removing jewelry when applying perfumes or cosmetics, bathing, swimming, or engaging in exercise.

To clean your jewelry use a soft cloth to gently clean and polish your pieces.

Remember to store them in a cool, dry place like your Refineri cotton pouch or in a lined box. 

Gemstones are fragile and gold is a naturally soft metal, handling them with care will ensure they preserve their quality and last for years to come.

All of our collections are limited-edition drops. Once an item sells out, we’re actually sold out of it. We will make exceptions, on occasion, to restock a product if we see that there is a lot interest in it.

We do not take custom orders, however with any of our designs we are happy to do a Made to Order piece in solid recycled gold.
